Purpose of this guide:
The purpose of this guide is to get users using the CRM in the fastest amount of time
possible where we have limited long drawn out explanations and filled in the gaps with
images and screenshots with to the point information. We have found that over the last 7
years of supporting and training on VtigerCRM that the end user would prefer not to be
bogged down with inormation overload and prefer the point and shoot method of being fed
information. A lot of the modules have similar features and functions, so instead of
repeating each of the replicated features in each module we have been able to reduce the
amount of unecessary repitition by explaing things once.
